ABOUT

MEG + JAC is a folk-pop duo made up of sisters Megan and Jaclyn Davies. Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, they first gained attention in 2013 posting acoustic covers on YouTube. Their unique harmonies and creative arrangements earned them hundreds of millions of plays across YouTube and Spotify. Their popular mashup of “See You Again”, “Love Me Like You Do”, and “Sugar” in 2015 reached #1 on the Spotify global and US viral charts.

While Megan studied guitar and songwriting in Nashville at Belmont University, Jaclyn pursued a medical career in Pennsylvania, eventually becoming a physician assistant. Despite living in different cities, they continued creating music whenever they would see each other. Numerous viral videos were recorded over the years and Jaclyn was continually Megan’s most popular collaborator despite her limited availability.

Outside of these collaborations, Megan released multiple EP’s of original music and toured worldwide. The success of the YouTube channel led to promotional opportunities with the cast of The Greatest Showman, Citibank, and YouTube itself. Since then, her music has enjoyed over 750+ million streams and views across all digital platforms, Sirius XM radio play and TV & commercial placements. Much of this music is self-produced in her home studio in Nashville.

In early 2024, the sisters finally came together in a substantial way. Jaclyn left her job to work on music full-time with Megan. Hitting the ground running, they released their first original single “Own My Body” followed by the single  “Makes No Sense.” The collaboration continues to be a creative exploration, as they are actively writing and releasing more music than ever before as MEG + JAC. An upcoming 2024 US tour with Boyce Avenue will be the first tour featuring both sisters.
